The majority of Listings for OTC Items usually contain generic "stock" sample photos, indicating it is "Representative" of the product being offered.
That does afford the opportunity that the ACTUAL product you receive can vary in its Appearance, its Packaging, its Condition, and unless specifically stated, its Expiration Dates.
Most Bulk Sellers tend to be just the Listing Agent, Transacting the Sale, as your items are shipped from an undisclosed 3rd party location.
** I post all my own pictures (6-9 on avg per Listing) with every Photo unique to that specific Listing, as I never re-use any pictures.
As alluded to, this allows you to see the actual Product, its Packaging, its Condition, any applicable UPC, NDC, Lot Numbers, SKUs, Expiration Dates etc.... as well as any pertinent Product Information found on the package that you may want to see/read.
