This is a very RARE find and an antique law enforcement collector’s opportunity of a lifetime
.  I seriously doubt you will ever encounter another one of these original and obsolete publications.

The manual is a blue softcover double stapled bound booklet measuring approximately 4.0" wide and 6.0" tall.  The top center of the front cover is imprinted in black ink with what appears to be an early rendition of the Nova Scotia coat of arms.  Directly below this image are the words

The back cover is blank and does not have any embossing or labeling.
This
80 year old manual
is complete and contains all of its original 28 printed and stapled pages.  All the internal pages remain secured inside the soft covers and are in good condition with minor age toning.  There are NO handwritten notations and/or evidence of creases, tears or dog eared corners.  Overall, the pages remain in remarkably good clean condition.  In all honesty, this book does not appear to have been issued nor carried much less read through.  Please refer to the description photos for more details about what I have described.
The manual's covers are strong and sturdy with no bends or creases.  The surfaces of the covers show very minor wear and scuffs from handling over the past 79 years but nothing you would not expect to find on an original document such as this.
This manual is an unbelievable find for any Halifax, Nova Scotia, and/or vintage Canadian law enforcement memorabilia collector to add to their collection.
