This is a very RARE find and a law enforcement collector’s opportunity of a lifetime
.  I seriously doubt you will ever encounter another one of these original and obsolete publications.

The manual is a softcover double stapled bound booklet measuring approximately 3.75" wide and 6.0" tall.  The top center of the front cover is imprinted with what appears to be an early rendition of the Nova Scotia coat of arms.  Directly below this image are the words

The back cover is blank and does not have any embossing or labeling.
This
89 year old manual
is complete and contains all of its original 31 printed and stapled pages.  All the internal pages remain secured inside the soft covers and are in good condition with minor age toning.  There are a few small handwritten pencil notations along the margins but no evidence of creases, tears and/or heavy dog eared corners.  Overall, the pages remain in remarkably good clean condition.  The aforementioned notwithstanding, please note the cover's bottom staple has pulled away from the internal pages.  To that end, the cover remains attached but is being held on with the remaining single staple.  Please refer to the description photos for more details about what I have described.
The manual's cover has what appears to be the name "
KINGSMAN
" or "
KINGMAN
" handwritten in cursive writing across the top of the cover's edge.
