Description

This is a repair service replacing the back glass for the iPhone model:
8, 8 Plus, X, XS, XS MAX, XR
The replacement glass we use is a high quality aftermarket with the apple logo.
Important things to do before sending the phone to us:
*Package your phone carefully and protected so it will not get damaged during shipping.
*Before mailing in your device, check that the housing/frame is in perfect condition and it is not bent to any extent that is visible.
WE CANNOT DO ANY REPAIR IF THE FRAME IS NOT STRAIGHT.
If you happen to not notice this when already sent, we will charge you to fix the frame. Otherwise, we will send it back.
*Due to the nature of repairs, data loss may occur.
It is highly infrequent, but a possibility depending on the repair requirements.
Please back up any data before the phone is sent to us.
We are not responsible for any data loss.
*It is advisable to have the phone without the passcode or provide the code to us so that we may do diagnostics as a courtesy. If not, we cannot check the cameras, volume, etc.
Ultimately, we are only liable for the back glass and not any other issues the phone has (ie: cameras not working, bad charging port).
*Please message us the tracking number after you ship it out. DO NOT send your address through Ebay messaging as per Ebay policy.
ONLY include your information (Name, Return address, eBay ID and a phone number that you can be reached at) INSIDE the package with the phone.
*Just send your iPhone: no cables, no accessories, no cases etc.

How long does it take?
After we receive your iPhone, repairs may take from 1-3 Business Days (weekends and holidays exempt).
We return with USPS First Class Mail w/ tracking for FREE.
If you special request the return through FEDEX or UPS, we will have to charge extra as they have different rates.
We will send you a message after the repair is finished alongside the tracking information.
Warranty:
All repairs come with a 30 day warranty on it, but does not cover physical damage, or any pre-existing damage.
