Cleaning up my convention goodies and came across this blast from the past.
PEZ Convention- old Glow in dark Witch-1st PEZ con dispenser from PEZ.
Thats right, this started it all.  These witches were made by accident and sent to PEZ.  When I went for a visit before the Northeast PEZ Convention they showed me a box full of these and asked if our attendees would like them.  Sure, I replied and gave them out.  There after PEZ stared to make special dispensers for the US conventions.  These are from that original box that I got from PEZ back in the day.
